I built all the core mechanics—inventory, customer AI, the plant system, the speakeasy loop. Integrated art, wrote dialogue hooks, handled performance. Team of 3, about six months, very limited budget. Positive Steam reviews in the first week.

Also handled publishing negotiations, scope calls, day-to-day production. Wore every hat from architect to producer to QA.
